Purrls and Paws Winter Ball

Join us for the Purrls & Paws Winter Ball, an enchanted evening celebrating compassion, community, and second chances for animals in need.

Guests will enjoy Yappy Hour, a seated dinner, and a meaningful program highlighting the lifesaving work of the Appalachian Highlands Humane Society. The evening will also feature a silent auction, available both in person and virtually, offering a curated selection of pet-related and human-interest items.

During the program, we will proudly present two special awards recognizing extraordinary impact and dedication:

• The Outstanding Animal Award, honoring a remarkable animal whose journey represents resilience, hope, and second chances.
• The Humane Hero Award, recognizing an individual or organization whose compassion and commitment have made a meaningful difference for animals.

Proceeds from the Winter Ball directly support rescue, medical care, spay/neuter services, and adoption programs serving animals across our region.
