Kitten Yoga

Take a Paws from your hectic summer and come namaste with some of our adoptable kitties. They are so excited to meet you! You do not have to take someone home, but if you did, that is just an added bonus.

Our 1-hour gentle yoga session includes provided mats and all of the snuggles and kitten playtime you can imagine!

Come de-stress, unwind, and add some joy and laughter to your cup with the cuteness overload we have here.

Due to the tiny nature of some of our kittens, we require participants to be ages 13 and up.

All proceeds go to support the animals within the Appalachian Highlands Humane Society program.
